consent,
10. You will not harvest or collect personal information about
other members, whether or not for commercial purposes, without
their express consent,
11. You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval
application, or other manual or automatic device or process
to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce
or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of
the website or its contents,
12. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any
copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information
without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary
rights,
13. You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

monitor disputes between you and other members.
For the avoidance of doubt, meetingpeople365.com does not monitor the contents
of member interactions on the message boards on the website.
However, meetingpeople365.com reserves the right to delete part or all of
any bulletin board post for any reason.
meetingpeople365.com reserves the right to delete part or all of a member's
profile without notice as a result of a breach of any of the
rules described herein. By posting information, content or photographs
to the site you automatically grant the worldwide irrevocable,
fully-paid right to meetingpeople365.com to use, display and distribute such
information and content as it sees fit. We will terminate the
membership of any user if we have a good faith belief that they
have transmitted copyrighted material without express consent.
meetingpeople365.com may offer free trials from time to time and there is
no costs whatsoever associated with these offers but the obligations
of full membership still apply. Once you become a full member,
your credit card will be charged based on your selected payment
period.
Membership and other fees may be changed by meetingpeople365.com at any time.
meetingpeople365.com does not warrant that your use of the website will be
always available, secure, uninterrupted, safe or will meet your
full requirements and its liability to you for any cause whatsoever
will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by
you to meetingpeople365.com or its agents for the Service during the term
of your membership.
You agree that the law of the Republic of Ireland shall govern
this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating
to this agreement shall be subject to the courts of the Republic
of Ireland.
This agreement, accepted upon registering for the Service contains
the entire agreement between you and meetingpeople365.com. This agreement
may only be amended upon written notice signed by two directors
of Meetingpeople365 Ltd.. If any provision of this agreement is held
to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue
in full force and effect.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetingPeople365 Ltd., its
officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partner
sites and third parties from any loss, claim or damage, including
reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from
your use of the Service. This includes any violation of the
terms & conditions of this agreement or any action arising
from the content that you publish on this site that infringes
the intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trade secrets,
trademark or patent) of any third party or content or communication
that denigrates, libels or invades the privacy of any third
