Membership Types

Everyone who registers on MeetingPeople365.com becomes a 'Member', but there are two types of membership. Members who decide to pay a fee for our full service become 'Premium Members' and those who don't become 'Basic Members' who avail of our Free service. On registration, we will send you an activation code to verify that the e-mail address provided by you is valid before we accept your membership.

Information other sites collect from you

On this website, we may place links to other websites operated by other parties. When you click on these links and visit other websites, regardless of whether or not they contain our brandname, or other references to us, you need to be aware that we do not control these websites or their businesses, and that this Privacy Policy does not apply to these websites. Hence they may collect other information from you and we encourage you to review their individual privacy policies.

Basic Membership

a) Basic members can access the website and send and receive messages to other members for Free. Not all features of the website are available to Basic members but you will be able to contact and be contacted by other people.
b) Basic members may contact other members but are NOT permitted to send to other members' personal/contact information, such as for example, email address, phone numbers or arrangements to meet. If you want options like this you must upgrade to Premium membership.
c) All Basic Members messages are scanned by us (usually by way of an automated script) to check that the service is not being abused and that contact information or arrangements are not being exchanged.
d) Anyone found to be abusing the service may have their membership suspended or cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel your Basic membership, with or without reason, with immediate effect.
e) Please note that accounts cannot have more than one user for safety and privacy reasons.

Premium Membership

a) Premium members are permitted to send and receive personal information including without limitation phone number, email address, website details, etc.
b) Premium members can access other services/areas of the website not available to Basic members for example, Message Board, chat room, etc. We offer our Premium members a higher level of customer service and continuously strive to introduce new added value services to you.
c) As a Premium member you will be able to send/receive unlimited messages to other Premium Members and review profiles without the system filtering the profile or message.
d) Please note that accounts cannot have more than one user for safety and privacy reasons.

Online Conduct

As a member of meetingpeople365.com, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other members,
2. You will not publish, post, promote or otherwise transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature,
3. You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Please notify us by e-mail of any material contained in the Service that you believe infringes these rules,

7. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service,
8. You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other members,
9. You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by meetingpeople365.com or its employees without prior written consent,
10. You will not harvest or collect personal information about other members, whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent,
11. You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the website or its contents,
12. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights,
13. You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or the website or the servers or networks connected to the Service or the website,

For the avoidance of doubt, meetingpeople365.com does not monitor the contents of member interactions on the message boards on the website. However, meetingpeople365.com reserves the right to delete part or all of any bulletin board post for any reason.

meetingpeople365.com reserves the right to delete part or all of a member's profile without notice as a result of a breach of any of the rules described herein. By posting information, content or photographs to the site you automatically grant the worldwide irrevocable, fully-paid right to meetingpeople365.com to use, display and distribute such information and content as it sees fit. We will terminate the membership of any user if we have a good faith belief that they have transmitted copyrighted material without express consent.

meetingpeople365.com may offer free trials from time to time and there is no costs whatsoever associated with these offers but the obligations of full membership still apply. Once you become a full member, your credit card will be charged based on your selected payment period.

Membership and other fees may be changed by meetingpeople365.com at any time.

meetingpeople365.com does not warrant that your use of the website will be always available, secure, uninterrupted, safe or will meet your full requirements and its liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to meetingpeople365.com or its agents for the Service during the term of your membership.

You agree that the law of the Republic of Ireland shall govern this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

This agreement, accepted upon registering for the Service contains the entire agreement between you and meetingpeople365.com. This agreement may only be amended upon written notice signed by two directors of Meetingpeople365 Ltd.. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetingPeople365 Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partner sites and third parties from any loss, claim or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from your use of the Service. This includes any violation of the terms & conditions of this agreement or any action arising from the content that you publish on this site that infringes the intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trade secrets, trademark or patent) of any third party or content or communication that denigrates, libels or invades the privacy of any third party.

Disclaimers

(a) meetingpeople365.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website.

(b) The Terms and information contained on the website may change from time to time without notice and therefore each time you use this website you should check these terms and any relevant information for yourself. Due to the open nature of this website and the potential for errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not warrant the accuracy and security of information transmitted to, via or obtained from this website and do not vouch for the character of those other members that you meet on the website, unless otherwise expressly set out on this website.
